Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have verifiable consent from a legal guardian.
• You may only use the Service where it is legal to do so. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

2. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• We may refuse, reclaim, or remove usernames at our discretion.

3. Earning Rewards

• Users may earn in-app reward points ("Coins") by completing eligible activities such as watching videos or engaging with approved content or offers.
• We may add, modify, or remove earning methods at any time, with or without notice.
• Coins are a limited license right and have no monetary value until redeemed pursuant to our payout policy.

4. Withdrawals & Payouts

• Withdrawals are subject to availability of payout methods displayed in the app, applicable fees, minimum thresholds, review for fraud or abuse, and processing times.
• We may change supported payout methods, fees, minimums, or processing windows at any time.
• We may place holds, request identity verification, or decline a withdrawal where we detect or suspect policy violations, fraud, or risk.

5. Prohibited Conduct

In using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• Operate multiple accounts. Any accounts found withdrawing to the same PayPal email will have withdrawal requests denied and all associated Coins confiscated. Accounts accessing from the same IP address will be permanently banned due to our one account per IP rule.
• Use bots, automation, emulators, VPNs/proxies to falsify location or activity, or any method designed to generate fraudulent impressions, clicks, or rewards.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access non-public areas or systems.
• Exploit bugs, engage in spamming, spoofing, scraping, or other abusive or deceptive behavior.

Enforcement: Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, denial of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of Coins, in our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violation of these Terms or where we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends, and accrued Coins and pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

7. Changes to the Service/Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the Last Updated date above and, where appropriate, in-app notice. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that earning opportunities, rewards availability, or payout timelines will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Media & Entertainment Team LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Media & Entertainment Team LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
